Ingredients:

1. One Ripe pear
You can mix pear with sweet potato, peach, plum, cherries, strawberry, banana and yogurt.

 

Cooking Method and Preparation:

1. Wash the pear.

2. Peel the pear and remove the core and the seeds.

3. Cut it into many pieces and mash it using a food processor or blender until it is smooth.

4. You may want to steam it to make it softer for your baby.
